Polyurethane screens utilization allows:
— considerable decrease of planned preventive maintenance thanks to the long service life— manufacturing higher quality products in concentrates with stiff foreign substances restrictions (metal screens have iron compounds, rubber screens – rubber compounds). This is extremely important for quartz sands, ore and asbestos screening.
The screens are available in different standard sizes and geometry with different mesh dimensions:
— slotted openings with slot width from 0.5 mm;— square section openings with mesh width from 3 mm up to 80 mm;— round openings from 5 mm up to 80 mm.
Tailor made screens upon client’s drawings are also available.
